キャンセル完了後にキャンセルの確認メールが送信されますので、メールボックス、および迷惑メールフォルダーをご確認ください。
『Yamatan・やまたん』からご予約をキャンセルした旨のメールが届いた場合、ご予約のキャンセルは完了しています。
キャンセルに伴うご請求・ご返金は以下のとおりです。
・宿泊代金のお支払い（お引き落とし）前にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料が発生するときは、キャンセル料のみをご登録のカードに決済します。キャンセル料が発生しないときは、ご請求はありません。
・宿泊代金のお支払い（お引き落とし）後にキャンセルした場合：キャンセル料を差し引いた金額をご返金します。返金がカード明細等に反映される時期はカード会社により異なります。詳しくは「予約がキャンセルされた場合、返金はいつ受けられますか？」をご覧ください。

After your cancellation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent. Please check your inbox and your spam folder.
If you receive an email from Yamatān confirming that your reservation has been canceled, the cancellation is complete.
Charges and refunds associated with cancellation are as follows:
- If you cancel before the accommodation fee has been paid (debited): if a cancellation fee applies, only that fee will be charged to your registered card. If no cancellation fee applies, nothing will be charged.
- If you cancel after the accommodation fee has been paid (debited): the amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded. The timing for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer. For details, see "Refund Timing After Cancellation."
