決済（請求・引き落とし）のタイミングについて

決済（実際の請求・引き落とし）は、以下のいずれかのタイミングで行われます。
🔸 チェックイン日当日
🔸 キャンセル料が発生する場合は、その発生日
それまでは、「カード認証（与信）」としてクレジットカードの有効性を確認し、ご利用枠を一時的に確保するのみとなっており、実際の請求は発生しておりません（※デビットカードやプリペイドカードを除く）。

デビットカード・プリペイドカードをご利用の場合

クレジットカードの利用情報（利用明細など）にて、チェックイン前や予約完了時に引き落としが確認される場合がございます。これは、デビットカードやプリペイドカードの特性によるもので、予約時や与信確保のタイミングで即時引き落としが行われる仕様となっているためです。
通常のクレジットカード決済では、チェックイン日当日まで引き落としは発生せず、ご利用枠の確保（与信）のみとなりますが、デビット・プリペイドカードをご利用の際は、あらかじめこの点にご注意ください。

Payment Timing (Charges and Debits)

Actual payment (the charge to your card) will be processed at one of the following times:

• On the day of check-in
• In the event of a cancellation fee being incurred (on the date of occurrence)

Until then, a "credit card authorization" is performed to confirm the validity of your card and temporarily hold the available credit limit. No actual charge will be made at this stage (except in the case of debit or prepaid cards).

For Debit and Prepaid Card Users

You may notice multiple debits or charges in your card usage history prior to your check-in date. This occurs specifically when using a debit or prepaid card.
While standard credit card payments only involve a temporary hold (authorization) until the check-in date, debit and prepaid cards are designed to process the charge immediately at the time of booking or when the authorization is requested.
