決済（実際のご請求・お引き落とし）は、以下のタイミングで行われます。
🔸 宿泊代金：チェックイン日の30日前に決済します。
🔸 予約日からチェックイン日まで30日以内の場合：ご予約時に決済します。
🔸 キャンセル料が発生する場合：キャンセル料の発生時に決済します。
チェックイン日の30日前より前にご予約いただく場合、ご予約時には、ご登録カードが有効かを確認するための50円のカード確認のみを行います。宿泊代金の決済や、ご利用枠の確保（与信）は行いません。50円のカード確認について詳しくは「クレジットカードの利用確認について」をご覧ください。
デビットカード・プリペイドカードをご利用の場合、50円のカード確認の際に一時的に50円が引き落とされることがありますが、カード確認後に返金されます（返金時期はカード会社により異なります）。宿泊代金の引き落としは、上記の決済のタイミングで発生します。

■ 2026-08-04まで

決済（実際の請求・引き落とし）は、以下のいずれかのタイミングで行われます。

🔸 キャンセル料が発生する場合は、その発生日
それまでは、「カード認証（与信）」としてクレジットカードの有効性を確認し、ご利用枠を一時的に確保するのみとなっており、実際の請求は発生しておりません（※デビットカードやプリペイドカードを除く）。
デビットカード・プリペイドカードをご利用の場合は、カードの特性上、予約時や与信確保のタイミングで即時引き落としが行われます。
2026-08-05以降は、それまでにいただいたご予約も含めて、宿泊代金の決済はチェックイン日の30日前に切り替わります。確保していたご利用枠（与信）は2026-08-05のシステムメンテナンス後に解放される場合があり、デビットカード・プリペイドカードで引き落とし済みの与信分は後日返金されます（返金時期はカード会社により異なります）。

Payment Timing (Charges and Debits)
Your card will be charged at the following times:

• Accommodation fee: 30 days before your check-in date.
• Reservations made 30 days or less before check-in: at the time of booking.
• Cancellation fee, if applicable: when the fee is incurred.

If you book more than 30 days before check-in, only a 50-yen card verification is performed at the time of booking to confirm that your registered card is valid. The accommodation fee is not charged, and no credit hold or authorization is placed at that time. For details, please see “About Credit Card Verification.”
For debit and prepaid cards, the 50 yen may be temporarily withdrawn during verification and will be refunded afterward. The timing of the refund depends on your card issuer. The accommodation fee itself will be debited at the payment times listed above.

■ Until 2026-08-04

Until 2026-08-04, the actual charge will be processed at one of the following times:

• On the day of check-in.
• On the date a cancellation fee is incurred, if applicable.

Before that, only a credit card authorization, or temporary hold, is placed to verify that your card is valid and to temporarily secure the required credit limit. No actual charge is made, except for debit and prepaid cards.
For debit and prepaid cards, the amount may be withdrawn immediately at the time of booking or when the authorization is placed, due to the nature of these cards.
From 2026-08-05, accommodation payments, including payments for existing reservations, will switch to being charged 30 days before check-in. Existing credit card authorizations may be released after the system maintenance on 2026-08-05. For debit and prepaid cards, amounts withdrawn for authorization will be refunded at a later date. The timing of the refund depends on your card issuer.
