2026-08-05以降、宿泊代金のためのカード認証手続き（与信）は行っておりません。
ご予約時には、ご登録カードが有効かを確認するための50円のカード確認のみを行います。宿泊代金は、チェックイン日の30日前（30日前以降にご予約の場合はご予約時）に決済します。

From 2026-08-05, we no longer perform credit card authorization (pre-authorization) for the accommodation fee.
At the time of booking, only a 50-yen card verification is performed to confirm that your card is valid. The accommodation fee is charged 30 days before your check-in date (or at the time of booking, for reservations made 30 days or less before check-in).

🔶「カードの認証手続き（与信）」とは？
クレジットカードが有効であるかを確認し、ご利用枠を一時的に確保する手続きです。この時点では実際の請求（引き落とし）は行われません。（デビットカード・プリペイドカードは当てはまりません）
🔶与信が行われるタイミング
・ご予約日が宿泊日の60日以内 → ご予約時に与信を実施
・ご予約日が宿泊日の60日より前 → 宿泊日の60日前に与信を実施
さらに、前回の与信から20日が経過すると、システムにより自動的に再与信が行われます。この際、前回の与信は自動的に「解放（返金）」されます。
🔶通知や明細に表示されることがあります
カードの種類によっては、与信が行われるたびに利用通知が届いたり、明細に一時的に表示されたりしますが、これは確認用の処理であり、実際に請求されることはありません。明細上では一時的に二重請求のように見える場合がありますが、実際に請求されるのは決済処理が行われた分のみです。
🔶デビットカード・プリペイドカードをご利用の場合
仕組み上、与信のたびに即時で引き落としが行われます。不要となった与信分は、各カード会社の規定に基づき、後日自動的に返金されます（返金時期はカード会社により異なります）。
🔶2026-08-05以降のお取り扱い
それまでにご予約いただいた分の与信（ご利用枠の確保）は、2026-08-05をもってすべて解放されます。カードによっては、解放が「返金」としてご利用明細に表示される場合があります。デビットカード・プリペイドカードでは、与信の際に引き落とされていた金額が後日返金されます。以後の宿泊代金は、チェックイン日の30日前に決済します。
🔶 What is "Credit Card Authorization (Pre-Authorization)"?
A process to verify that your card is valid and to temporarily hold the available credit. No actual charge is made at this point (this does not apply to debit or prepaid cards).
🔶 When does authorization occur?

• Reservations made within 60 days of check-in: at the time of reservation.
• Reservations made more than 60 days before check-in: 60 days before the check-in date.
• If more than 20 days pass after the last authorization, a new authorization is performed automatically, and the previous one is released (refunded).

🔶 Notifications and statement entries
Depending on your card, each authorization may trigger a usage notification or a temporary entry on your statement. These are verification processes only. It may temporarily look like a double charge, but only the final payment is actually charged.
🔶 Debit and prepaid cards
The authorization amount is withdrawn immediately, and any unused authorization amount is refunded later in accordance with your card issuer's policy.
🔶 From 2026-08-05
All existing authorizations will be released on 2026-08-05. Depending on your card issuer, the release may appear as a "refund" on your statement. For debit and prepaid cards, amounts withdrawn for authorization will be refunded. From then on, the accommodation fee is charged 30 days before check-in.
