「クレジットカードの認証手続き（与信）」について、下記の通りご説明いたします。

🔶「カードの認証手続き（与信）」とは？

クレジットカードが有効であるかを確認し、ご利用枠を一時的に確保する手続きです。
この時点では実際の請求（引き落とし）は行われません。（デビットカード・プリペイドカードは当てはまりません）

🔶与信が行われるタイミング

• ご予約日が宿泊日の60日以内 → ご予約時に与信を実施
• ご予約日が宿泊日の60日より前 → 宿泊日の60日前に与信を実施

さらに、
前回の与信から20日が経過すると、システムにより自動的に再与信が行われます。
この際、前回の与信は自動的に「解放（返金）」されます。

🔶通知や明細に表示されることがあります

カードの種類によっては、与信が行われるたびに：

• 利用通知が届く
• 明細に一時的に表示される

などの現象が発生しますが、これは確認用の処理であり、実際に請求されることはありません。

🔶デビットカード・プリペイドカードをご利用の場合

デビット／プリペイドカードは仕組み上、与信のたびに即時で引き落としが行われます。
ただし、不要となった与信分は、各カード会社の規定に基づき、後日自動的に返金されます（返金時期はカード会社により異なります）。

🔶ご注意ください

明細上では一時的に二重請求のように見える場合がありますが、
実際に請求されるのは、ご宿泊当日の決済処理が行われた分のみです。ご安心ください。

🔶 What is “Credit Card Authorization (Pre-Authorization)”?

This is a process used to verify that your credit card is valid and to temporarily hold the available credit balance.
Please note that this is not an actual charge (no funds are withdrawn at this point).
(This does not apply to debit or prepaid cards.)

🔶 When Does Authorization Occur?

• If your reservation is made within 60 days of your check-in date: Authorization occurs at the time of reservation.
• If your reservation is made more than 60 days before your check-in date: Authorization is performed 60 days before the check-in date.

Additionally,
If more than 20 days pass after the last authorization, our system will automatically perform a new authorization.
In that case, the previous authorization is automatically released (refunded).

🔶 Notification or Statement Entries May Appear

Depending on your card issuer, each authorization may trigger:

• A usage notification
• A temporary entry in your online statement

These are confirmation processes only and are not actual charges.

🔶 For Debit and Prepaid Card Users

With debit or prepaid cards, the authorization amount is immediately withdrawn from your account.
However, any unused or canceled authorization amount will be automatically refunded later, in accordance with your card issuer’s policy.
(The timing of the refund varies by issuer.)

🔶 Please Note

In some cases, it may temporarily appear that you have been charged twice on your statement.
However, only the final payment processed on your check-in date will be actually charged.
