各山小屋ごとのキャンセルポリシーによってキャンセル規定は異なります。
キャンセル規定に応じてキャンセル料が発生します。ご請求・ご返金の内容は、キャンセル時点で宿泊代金のお支払いが済んでいるかどうかにより異なります（詳しくは「予約をキャンセルする必要がある場合、キャンセル料は発生しますか？」をご覧ください）。
キャンセルをご希望の場合は、サイト内の「予約確認・キャンセル」ページからご自身でお手続きをお願いいたします。
ただし、宿泊日の当日または前日など、山小屋によってはお電話でのキャンセル受付が可能な場合もございます。その場合は、まずご予約の山小屋に直接ご連絡のうえ、キャンセルの意思をお伝えください。
その後、必ず「予約確認・キャンセル」ページよりご自身でのキャンセル手続きを行っていただく必要がございます。

Cancellation terms differ depending on each mountain hut's cancellation policy.
A cancellation fee may apply according to the policy. What is charged or refunded depends on whether the accommodation fee has already been paid at the time of cancellation (for details, see "Will I be charged a cancellation fee?").
To cancel, please complete the procedure yourself from the "Reservation Confirmation / Cancellation" page on this site.
However, for same-day or previous-day cancellations, some huts also accept cancellation requests by phone. In that case, please contact your hut directly first to let them know you wish to cancel.
