クレジットカード確認についてのご案内

いつもやまたんをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
今後のご予約では、予約時にご登録いただいたクレジットカードが使える状態か確認を行います。
予約内容によっては、カード確認のためにカード会社から50円の支払い通知が届く場合がございます。
これは、カードが利用できるかを確認するための一時的なものであり、通常のクレジットカードでは実際に50円が請求されることはございませんのでご安心ください。
なお、デビットカードやプリペイドカードをご利用の場合は、一時的に50円が引き落とされる場合がございます。
その場合も、カード確認後に返金されます。返金の時期はカード会社により異なりますので、詳細はご利用のカード会社へご確認ください。
宿泊料金のお支払いは、これまで通りチェックイン当日に行われます。

For future reservations, we will verify whether the credit card registered at the time of booking is valid and available for use.
Depending on the details of your reservation, you may receive a payment notification of 50 yen from your card issuer for card verification purposes.
This is a temporary authorization to confirm that your card can be used. If you are using a standard credit card, the 50 yen will generally not be actually charged, so please rest assured.
Please note that if you use a debit card or prepaid card, 50 yen may be temporarily withdrawn.
In that case, the amount will be refunded after the card verification is completed. The timing of the refund varies depending on your card issuer, so please contact your card issuer for details.
Payment for your accommodation will continue to be made at check-in, as before.
