このたび、やまたんの公式サイトを装った偽サイトおよび、当事務局を装った不審なメールの存在を確認いたしました。念のため、以下の点にご注意いただけますようお願いいたします。

■ 見分け方のポイント
やまたんからのメールかどうかは、以下の2点でご確認ください。
・送信元アドレスが「info@yamatan.net」であるか
・メール内のリンク先URLが「yamatan.net」であるか
特に、クレジットカード情報の入力を求める内容のメールの場合は、送信元とリンク先を必ずご確認いただき、少しでも不審な点があれば入力を行わないようご注意ください。
■ 不審なメール・サイトを見かけた場合
・送信元やリンク先に不審な点がある場合は、リンクや添付ファイルは開かず、返信もお控えください
・偽サイトと思われるページでは、会員登録や予約、個人情報の入力は行わないでください
■ すでに情報を入力してしまった場合
・クレジットカード情報を入力された場合は、カード会社へご連絡のうえ、利用停止や再発行についてご相談ください
・氏名や連絡先を入力された場合は、今後の不審な連絡に念のためご注意ください

We have confirmed the existence of fake websites impersonating Yamatan's official site, as well as suspicious emails impersonating our operations office. As a precaution, please pay attention to the following points.

■ How to Identify Legitimate Communications Please check the following two points to verify whether an email is genuinely from Yamatan:
・Whether the sender's address is "info@yamatan.net"
・Whether the link URL in the email is "yamatan.net"
In particular, for emails requesting credit card information, please be sure to check the sender and link destination, and refrain from entering any information if anything seems suspicious.
■ If You Encounter a Suspicious Email or Website
・If you notice anything suspicious about the sender or link destination, please do not click on links or download attachments, and do not reply to the email
・On suspected fake websites, please do not register as a member, make reservations, or enter any personal information
■ If You Have Already Entered Information
・If you have entered your credit card information, please contact your card company promptly to discuss suspending or reissuing your card. Please also check your statement for any unrecognized charges
・If you have entered personal information such as your name or contact details, please remain cautious of any suspicious emails, calls, or text messages going forward
■ Please Check Your Reservation Details If you currently have an accommodation reservation with Yamatan, please take a moment to confirm that there have been no unauthorized changes or cancellations to your reservation.
